Nestled in the heart of the unspoiled countryside of Sainte-Marie-des-Champs , the Gîte des Écuries at Clos Saint Joseph invites you to an authentic getaway, blending rural charm with modern comfort. Housed in a carefully renovated former stable, this gîte combines the character of pink brick, flint, and wood with amenities designed for your well-being.

Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends, our cottage offers a warm and spacious setting, accommodating 4-6 people. You'll enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, while remaining close to tourist attractions and local activities.

Our charming cottage is bright and airy thanks to its large bay window. It is equipped with all modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. In winter, a bioethanol fireplace will keep you warm.

We offer quality accommodation with tasteful decor. The cozy atmosphere is designed to guarantee your maximum comfort. Our spacious cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and features:

• 2 elegantly decorated and carefully furnished bedrooms, combining modernity and traditional touches.

-Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160x200)

-Bedroom 2: Queen size bed(s) or twin bed(s) (80x200) depending on your needs, with duvet(s) and duvet cover suitable + 1 convertible reading light for a child.

-A sofa bed in the living room offers a final sleeping space.

For those on a budget, linens are not included. €30 for a double bed, €15 for a single bed. Beds are made upon arrival. Bed linens and two bath towels are included. One bath mat and three tea towels are provided for the entire rental.

Occupied beds must be protected. If necessary, the cost of dry cleaning (for washing duvets and protective fleece) will be borne by any person not respecting basic hygiene rules.

• A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo or filter), toaster, kettle,

There is sufficient quantity of kitchen utensils and (matching) tableware.

• A cozy lounge: Enjoy moments of conviviality in our lounge, equipped with:

-1 comfortable sofa bed and 3 armchairs

-a flat screen television.

-Free Wi-Fi is also available,

• A modern, well-equipped bathroom with walk-in shower, towel warmer, hairdryer and toiletries for short stays.

Breakfast is available as an option. Our gourmet breakfast , prepared with local and homemade products, will be served in your room. It is an additional charge and subject to availability, requiring only advance booking.

• In the pasture where Hans and Baltazar, our two equines, reside, but also in the fields of flax, wheat (or other crops), which change according to the seasons and crop rotations.
• Very close to a recently established hiking trail called the "Sente Cauchoise," you will discover the enclosed farmsteads (embankments surrounding a property, topped with oak or beech trees) typical of our Pays de Caux region. It leads you to the Manoir du Fay and its park (a brick and stone building constructed in the 12th century). This path is ideal for a short morning run.
• The Pays de Caux region is rich in hiking trails, 17th and 18th century castles, and various other points of interest. You can find them on our website.
• Restaurants, bars, cinema, leisure pool, bowling alley are less than 7 minutes away by car.
